To ensure the quality of our pet braided toys, all products are carefully inspected before being shipped from our central hub.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated international shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery at your doorstep is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

3. Shipping Cost

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. There are no additional handling fees or delivery charges.

4. Tax and Duties Information

  • Customs & GST: For orders shipped to New Zealand, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience. The total price at checkout includes all applicable taxes. You will not be required to pay additional customs duties or GST upon the arrival of your pet toys.
  • Sales Tax: Any applicable internal taxes related to our US entity are already factored into our final transparent pricing.
